Happy Birthday Ava

Today is Ava's fifth birthday! Where does time go? How is she possibly five?

There are soooo many things we love about Ava, here are just a few;

*she has the funniest sense of humor and loves to make us all laugh, then she laughs at herself, and that makes it even more funny!
*she loooooves her baby brother and takes such good care of him. She melts me when she calls him 'Dilly', she even lets him play with her 'littles' and she forgives him so quickly when he pulls her hair ten times a day!
*when she wakes up in the morning, she peaks her head out her door, and then when she sees me she runs into my arms and gives me the biggest hug. I hope she never stops doing that!
*she likes butter so much that she wants to put it on everything, her pancakes, muffins, bacon, french fries, etc.
*she has such beautiful blue eyes and she loves to wear clothes that match them and "make them sparkle"!
*she loves to watch the weather channel, animal planet, the discovery channel and anything about sharks or volcanoes with her Daddy. Then she remembers all the facts that she learned and tells them to me later.
*when I ask her to tell me the best & worst thing about her day at school, she tells me a whole bunch of good things, and then tells me she "has no worsts".
*she has a sweet little way of negotiating with everyone to get what she wants - "I know, how about you do this?" or "I'll do this, if you do that" or "actually...".
*she loves to snuggle, she can't fall asleep without snuggling. Sometimes in the middle of the night we will hear her just yelling "Snuggle"!

We could go on and on with the things we love about her! She is such a sweetheart and she brings so much happiness to our home!
